Placing OrdersInitiate an Order
You’ve found a product. You want to order it. Simple. Just click the Add to Shopping Cart button on any product page. That item is immediately stored in your electronic shopping cart. You are not yet committing to buy it, but the information is stored, and the ordering process has begun.
Shopping Cart
Just like the "real ones" in the supermarket, your electronic shopping cart is a place to store items you plan to purchase until you are ready to check out. The Shopping Cart is a real-time electronic record of the products you’ve selected for purchase. It displays items, quantities and prices in spreadsheet form. To place additional items in your Shopping Cart, simply click Add to Shopping Cart on any product page.
Placing an item in your shopping cart is not the same as ordering that item – it simply begins the ordering process. When your Shopping Cart contains all the products you wish to order, select Check Out on the bottom navigation frame of the website.
Single Addess Info from "Orders"
Remember, all the products in an order can only be sent to one address. If you are buying something for someone else which must be shipped to a different location, you should checkout after you've finished shopping for that person. You'll still be in FranklinMall and you can then shop for another person or yourself.
Keeping Track of an Order
You can view products you’ve selected for purchase anytime. Simply click Edit Your Cart, located on the bottom navigation frame on every page. That will take you to a screen listing product, quantity, and price for each item you’ve selected. You can edit the quantity of any item ordered, or remove it from your cart altogether if you've changed your mind about a product. When you’re finished reviewing an order-in-progress, simply click Continue Shopping.
Checkout
You’ve chosen all the products you want for this visit, and decided to check out.
If the browser you use supports SSL (Secure Socket Layer), click on Continue to SSL Checkout. AOL users and others whose browsers do not support SSL, should click on Continue to Our Still Very Secure Checkout. Now it’s time to fill out the online order form. We’ll ask you for some basic billing and shipping information to help us quickly process your order. You'll also have the option to use a credit card online, create a form printable for faxing with credit card information, or creating an email form that you may use for check/money order payments.
When you have completed the form, the screen will display an order summary. Please review this screen carefully to be sure all information is accurate before you formally submit the order.
If you are ordering online via credit card, we will then ask you for your credit card information. After you've entered this information and are confident that the items and quantities on screen are those you wish to purchase, then press the Complete Order button. Your order cannot be completed until you press this button. A confirmation message will appear in a few moments to inform you that the order has gone through.

Within a few moments of submitting your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email message describing your order in detail.
Order Security
Your shopping cart resides on the secure servers of FranklinMall’s transaction processing partner, ShopCart. Your order is encrypted and all payment information captured and processed on ShopCart’s secure servers.
